Kareena Kapoor Khan to star as female DCP in Meghna Gulzar's film Daayra

Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan is set to portray a female Deputy Commissioner of Police in the upcoming film Daayra, directed by National Award‑winning filmmaker Meghna Gulzar. The movie is scheduled to hit Indian theatres on 18 September 2026 and also features actor Prithviraj Sukumaran.
