Karlovac STEAM initiative trains youth on sustainability and energy efficiency

The project "Svijet koji gradimo zajedno – STEAM" runs from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027 and is hosted by the Nikola Tesla Experience Center in Karlovac, Croatia. On 22 July 2026, Martina Pavlović Sušilović of the public institution Natura Viva presented the organisation's work in nature protection, biodiversity conservation and education of children and young people. Two days later, on 24 July 2026, Nina Sertić, Julije Domac and Ivana Belić from REGEA presented projects on sustainability and energy efficiency, sharing practical methods for teaching kids about sustainable development and the energy transition. The knowledge gained will improve future workshops for children. The programme is co‑financed by the European Union Solidarity Fund.
