Karlovy Vary Film Festival showcases influencer interview and revamped talk show

At the 60th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, influencer Jitka Nováčková spoke about her long‑distance marriage to former Finnish football captain Tim Sparve, who now coaches in Portugal. She said the couple sought couples therapy, that she has left high‑fashion modelling to work from home in Prague with their five‑year‑old daughter, and described the cultural challenges of their bi‑national relationship.

The festival also introduced a redesigned IQOS | VEEV | ZYN lounge, where talk‑show host Dominik Vršanský led a program featuring guests from music, film and lifestyle scenes. The show included live performances, a discussion of the “Korzuj za snem” initiative to support emerging musicians, and interactive segments with the audience.
