Karls Erlebnis-Dorf opens new themed park in Oberhausen

Karls Erlebnis-Dorf has opened its eighth location in Oberhausen, marking the chain’s first expansion into North Rhine-Westphalia and its first site situated within a major city. Located directly adjacent to the Centro, the themed leisure park combines farm-style attractions with rides and a focus on strawberries.

Admission to the park is free of charge. The company, which operates several locations across Germany, is also expanding internationally with a new site currently under construction in Oxnard, California. The Oberhausen location features a manufacturing market decorated with thousands of antique coffee pots from the company’s extensive collection.
