Karol Nawrocki Leads Polish Trust Poll as Sikorski Spars Over US Trip

A new Social Changes poll shows President Karol Nawrocki receiving the highest level of public trust among Polish politicians, scoring 4.2 out of 10. Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski follows closely with 4.1, and Prime Minister Donald Tusk ranks third at 3.7. The poll also gauges attitudes toward a possible single European state, with 57 % of respondents opposed.

In a separate, light‑hearted episode, Sikorski posted a tongue‑in‑cheek questionnaire on X about Nawrocki’s recent trip to the United States for a UFC Freedom 250 gala at the White House. He asked whether the president should “bring Ziobro” or “ask for asylum for Ziobro,” receiving more than 2,100 votes, 77 % of which favored the former option. Presidential office spokesman Marcin Przydacz later responded with his own poll asking what souvenir to bring back for Sikorski, offering choices such as a White House key‑chain or “nothing, he misses Ławrow.”
