Karoline Leavitt to join Fox News as on-air contributor

Karoline Leavitt, the youngest person to ever serve as White House Press Secretary, will join Fox News as an on-air contributor starting November 1. Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott announced the move, stating that Leavitt’s firsthand experience in the White House and on the presidential campaign trail provides a “distinct understanding of today’s political landscape.”

Leavitt, 29, stepped down from her White House role in late August to focus on her family following the birth of her second child. During her tenure, she was a prominent and forceful defender of President Donald Trump, often engaging in sharp exchanges with the press. She has since been involved with MAGA Inc., a pro-Trump political action committee.

Her transition to Fox News highlights the ongoing personnel exchange between the Trump administration and the conservative network. Several other Trump administration officials, such as Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, previously held roles at Fox News. President Trump has not yet named a successor to fill the vacant White House press secretary position.
