Kaufland launches 100‑Euro Card XTRA giveaway and highlights Thursday discount days

Kaufland announced a Card XTRA promotion in which 250 shoppers can win a €100 voucher each. Registered Card XTRA members automatically receive one entry per qualifying purchase made in August, with only one entry counted per calendar day. The draw will take place after the 31 August 2026 deadline and winners will be notified in writing.

The retailer also advises shoppers on the best times to save. Thursday remains the most important offer day, launching the weekly specials that continue through the following Wednesday. Since March 2026, Kaufland’s printed prospectus is delivered on weekends, allowing customers to plan purchases on Saturday or Sunday. Marketing chief Christoph Schneider explained that the change helps shoppers who already plan their weekly shop over the weekend.
