Kayseri Fire Department upgrades technology and training

The Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department is enhancing its technological and technical capacity to improve emergency response capabilities. To ensure the safety of citizens and property, the department is conducting practical training sessions for personnel on newly acquired next-generation respiratory and gas measurement equipment.

Training programs, involving expert instructors from Dräger, cover the technical specifications and correct usage of various tools, including Dräger X-am 8000 multi-gas measurement devices, AirBoss Pro Connect dual-cylinder respiratory sets, BG Pro Air series closed-circuit respiratory sets, and Rescue Hood rescue masks.

Muhammet Zeyneddin Bağdat, Head of the Fire Department, stated that the department closely follows technological developments to increase personnel safety and intervention capacity. He emphasized that integrating advanced technology with field experience aims to provide better service and ensure the safety of responders during difficult operations.
