Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality auctions Erciyes hotel land

The Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality has announced the sale of a tourism development plot located in the Erciyes district of Melikgazi via tender.

The property, registered as parcel 1 in block 8270, covers an area of 2,036.48 square meters and is zoned for tourism facilities, specifically for hotel development. The estimated value for the land has been set at 23 million TL.

The auction is scheduled to take place on September 15, 2026, at 14:00 in the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Council Hall using a closed bidding method. Prospective bidders are required to submit a temporary guarantee of 690,000 TL and a specification fee of 20,000 TL.

Payment terms allow for 25 percent of the bid to be paid upfront, with the remaining balance payable in six equal installments over the six months following the initial payment.
