KDDI launches premium Ponta point exchange service

KDDI is launching a new service called ‘Ponta Pass Point Premium Exchange’ starting October 29. This service allows members of the Ponta Pass subscription to exchange Ponta points for rewards that hold a value greater than one yen per point.

Available rewards through the Ponta Pass app include various coupons and gift tickets. Examples include a 330-yen equivalent CHARGESPOT mobile battery rental coupon for 250 points, a 1,500-yen discount coupon for au Book Pass for 1,000 points, and a 4,700-yen bread assortment set from Pan-Suku for 3,700 points. Other options include tickets for the Railway Museum Night Museum.

To use this service, users must be Ponta Pass members and have their Ponta Member ID linked with their au ID. Monthly exchange limits apply to specific rewards. Ponta Pass is a monthly subscription service costing 548 yen, offering various benefits such as coupons and movie discounts.
