Keke Palmer to Host 'The Voice: Celebrity' as Carson Daly Steps Back

NBC announced that actress and singer Keke Palmer will host a new spin‑off of the long‑running singing competition, titled "The Voice: Celebrity," slated for season 31 in 2027. The format will feature well‑known actors, musicians, influencers, athletes and comedians competing for a celebrity champion, with coaches Joe Jonas, Queen Latifah and Riley Green.

Long‑time host Carson Daly clarified on Instagram that he is not the right host for the spin‑off, citing scheduling conflicts with his duties on the "Today" show and a desire to spend more time with family. Daly will continue producing the new edition and remains the host of the main series, which he has led since its U.S. debut in 2011, covering 30 seasons over 16 years.
