Kelantan River drowning: 14-year-old found dead, one still missing

A 14-year-old boy, Luth Naiman Mohd Noraziron, was found dead in the Kelantan River in Kuala Krai after disappearing while swimming with friends. His body was recovered by the Water Rescue Team (PPDA) at a depth of approximately three meters, about 100 meters from the initial incident site.

Search and rescue operations for a second 14-year-old boy, Mohd Rayyan Hakimi, are ongoing. The search was briefly interrupted by heavy rain and limited visibility the previous night, but efforts resumed this morning. The deceased has been sent to Sultan Ismail Petra Hospital for an autopsy.
