Kelly Doualla, a 16‑year‑old Italian sprinter, captured the women’s 100‑metre gold at the European Under‑18 Championships in Rieti on 17 July 2026, setting a new European U18 record of 11.14 seconds with a +0.6 m/s wind.

After posting the third‑fastest time in the heats (11.46 s), Doualla ran lane 5 in the semifinal at 18:17 and qualified for the final, which took place at 20:20. The races were broadcast live on Rai Sport HD and streamed via Rai Play.
