Kelly Stafford shares personal struggle with insomnia

Kelly Stafford, wife of Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, recently shared her personal struggles with insomnia via social media. In an Instagram Story, the 37-year-old posted a late-night update at 3:04 a.m. stating, “Insomnia sucks.”

While expressing the frustration of sleeplessness, she also shared a more positive moment discovered during her wakefulness. She posted an old photograph of Matthew Stafford holding their youngest daughter, Tyler, noting, “But what doesn't suck is what you find when you have insomnia.”

In previous interviews, Kelly has discussed the impact of sleep quality on her personal life, noting that while good sleep has benefited her marriage, sleep deprivation has previously led to irritability and arguments.
