Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu Launches CHP Internal Audit and Announces New MYK Line‑up
CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu's first Central Executive Board meeting lasted about 4.5 hours and approved the creation of an internal audit mechanism aimed at combating FETÖ influence and corruption in all CHP‑run municipalities. The audit body will include local‑government and legal experts and is intended to detect irregularities before they become public scandals.
In the same session the party released a 19‑member Central Executive Board (MYK) roster. Rıfat Turuntay Nalbantoğlu was named general secretary; roles for internal organization, accounting, party spokesperson, foreign affairs, media, health, labor, social policy, education, youth, culture, IT, R&D, regional development, trade, human rights and family were assigned to various members. Economic, foreign‑policy, legal and election matters will report directly to Kılıçdaroğlu.
