Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu stresses clean politics and party unity in CHP statements

Former minister Mehmet Sevigen reiterated that CHP has a single leader, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, and condemned recent incidents in front of the Turkish parliament, urging respect for the party’s internal processes.

Kılıçdaroğlu addressed a CHP group meeting from the party headquarters, declaring that the party’s congresses are free of money, patronage and personal gain. He emphasized the party’s historic commitment to rights, law and justice, pledging to cleanse politics of corruption and to defend workers, retirees and producers. He also highlighted the CHP’s role in defending Turkey’s national interests and opposing imperialism, while calling for solidarity among members and a broader fight against media manipulation.
