Kena Mobile updates app with voice-enabled KenAI and new 5G offers

Kena Mobile has updated its mobile application, introducing a significant upgrade to its virtual assistant, KenAI. The assistant now supports voice commands in addition to text, allowing users to manage their lines, check credit, and monitor data consumption through spoken or written requests. The app features a redesigned interface to align with the operator’s official website. While the update is currently available for Android devices, the iOS version remains on an older release.

In addition to technological updates, Kena is promoting several 5G data plans on the TIM network for October. These offers include various tiers of data, ranging from 150 GB to 450 GB, with monthly prices starting at €4.99 for customers switching from specific providers. The promotions also include options for unlimited minutes and SMS, with the ability to activate services online via eSIM.
