The company stated that the entity named in news reports is Kervan Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, based in Adana. Kervan Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which is listed on Borsa Istanbul, clarified that there is no legal identity overlap between the two companies.

Kervan Gıda A.Ş. emphasized that it is not a suspect, a related party, or a witness in the investigation. The company confirmed it has received no judicial or administrative actions, search warrants, or requests for documents. Consequently, the company noted that the investigation has no impact on its operations, financial status, or activities.
