Kevin Gausman lists $6.8 million Toronto home

Former Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Kevin Gausman has placed his Lytton Park home on the market for $6.885 million. The property, which features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, was originally purchased in March 2022 for $7.65 million, representing a loss of approximately $765,000 in value.

Gausman was traded to the Chicago Cubs on August 2 after playing the final year of a five-year, $110 million contract. While rumors of a potential return to Toronto had circulated following the trade, reports indicate the Blue Jays do not plan to re-sign the 35-year-old pitcher. Gausman had previously indicated to Sportsnet that his family intended to leave Toronto after the 2026 season.
