Kevin Krawietz and Tim Pütz to end tennis doubles partnership

German tennis doubles specialists Kevin Krawietz and Tim Pütz will end their partnership at the start of next year. The decision was confirmed by Krawietz following a recent discussion.

Tim Pütz, 38, had previously hinted at the end of the duo following a loss in the US Open final in mid-September, citing a desire to spend more time with his family. Krawietz has secured a new partner for the upcoming season: former world number one Mate Pavic from Croatia.

The duo, who have played together since 2023, achieved their greatest success by winning the 2024 ATP Finals. Before their partnership officially concludes, they are scheduled to compete in the ATP Finals in Turin from November 15 to 22, followed by the Davis Cup finals in Bologna from November 24 to 29.
