Kia updates 2027 electric vehicle lineup and pricing

Kia has announced updates for its 2027 electric vehicle lineup in the United States, focusing on price stability and expanded model availability. The 2027 Kia EV6 will maintain its current pricing across all seven trims, with the base Light standard-range RWD model starting at $37,900. To increase accessibility, Kia is positioning the new EV3 as a more affordable entry point, starting at $29,890.

The 2027 Kia EV9 will see minor adjustments, including a small price increase for the Land trim to accommodate the now-standard Nightfall Edition Package. This trim will also receive a boost in torque to 516 lb-ft.

Additionally, the company continues to expand its electric portfolio with models such as the EV2, which now offers a larger 61 kWh battery for improved range, and the EV5 family SUV. Kia's global electric vehicle sales have surpassed one million units as the brand moves toward a diverse range of seven different electric models.
