Kids Expo Plovdiv 2026 attracts 50,000 visitors

The inaugural Kids Expo Plovdiv 2026 took place from September 11 to 13 near the Bratka Mogila Memorial Complex. The event attracted over 50,000 children and adults, offering a wide range of activities including education, sports, technology, culture, and professional demonstrations.

Key attractions included a medical helicopter from Bulgaria Heli Med Service, which allowed visitors to meet the crew and learn about aerial emergency medical assistance. The Bulgarian Army, police, fire departments, and rescue teams also provided demonstrations featuring aviation equipment, armored vehicles, and specialized gear. Additionally, children participated in a real-time simulation of the National 112 Emergency System to understand response processes.
