Kids Expo Plovdiv 2026 event

Overview

The inaugural Kids Expo Plovdiv 2026 was held from September 11 to 13 at the Bratska Mogila site. The event was designed to provide children with access to emergency medical aviation and insights into various life-saving professions.

Participating Bulgarian institutions included the 3rd Aviation Base Graf Ignatievo, the Special Operations Command, the 101st Alpine Regiment, the Ministry of Interior, and the Bulgarian Red Cross. Demonstrations featured medical helicopters, armored vehicles, canine units, and a climbing wall. The exhibition also included a road safety polygon and an interactive simulation of the National 112 Emergency System.

The event concluded with an attendance of over 50,000 visitors, including both children and adults.
