Klanglicht art festival expands to Vienna

The Klanglicht art festival is expanding to Vienna for the first time. Starting October 23, 2026, the event, titled ‘Klanglicht im Park – The Sound of Light’, will transform the Schwarzenberggarten from Palais am Schwarzenbergplatz to the fourth terrace of Schloss Belvedere into an immersive landscape of light and sound art.

The festival features international and Austrian light and sound installations designed for all ages. This expansion coincides with the festival’s simultaneous return to Graz, marking the first time the two cities will host the event at the same time. The installation will run through January 10, 2027.
