Knjaževac receives 17.83 million dinars for cultural projects

The Serbian Ministry of Culture has allocated 17.83 million dinars to fund nine cultural projects in the municipality of Knjaževac. The agreements, signed by Minister Nikola Selaković and Mayor Milan Đokić, aim to modernize cultural infrastructure, protect heritage, and preserve traditional crafts.

The largest portion of the funding, 10 million dinars, is designated for the Dom kulture Knjaževac to upgrade audio and video equipment, including the purchase of a multifunctional cinema projector. The Zavičajni museum will receive 5.2 million dinars for various initiatives, including the development of new permanent exhibitions, facility renovation, and archaeological research.

Other allocations include 1.5 million dinars for the reconstruction of the St. Panteleimon Church in Kalna, 330,000 dinars for the
