KnowBe4 and AWS Form Alliance to Counter AI-Driven Social Engineering

KnowBe4 announced a multi‑year strategic cooperation agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS). The partnership aims to help enterprises protect their digital workforces from emerging threats that merge human and artificial‑intelligence vectors, such as generative‑AI‑enhanced phishing, deep‑fake media, and unsanctioned use of AI tools (often called “shadow AI”).

Through the AWS Marketplace, the two firms will streamline the procurement and deployment of KnowBe4’s security‑awareness solutions, allowing organizations worldwide to address both human‑focused and AI‑agent attack surfaces. The collaboration reflects growing concerns that AI agents are becoming integral to business processes and therefore new attack surfaces must be secured beyond traditional awareness training.
