KnowBe4 has released a free resource kit to support the 2026 Cybersecurity Awareness Month. The toolkit is designed to help IT leaders strengthen organizational resilience against evolving cyber threats by engaging employees through an interactive theme where they act as agents of an elite unit called the ‘Workforce Risk Division’.

Cybersecurity Awareness Month is an international initiative led by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the National Cybersecurity Alliance. The campaign aims to bolster security cultures globally by increasing awareness regarding social engineering, artificial intelligence threats, data security, and active threat reporting.

Erich Kron, CISO-Advisor at KnowBe4, noted that cybercriminals are increasingly utilizing AI-driven tactics such as deepfakes and advanced social engineering. The company's kit seeks to provide engaging ways to maintain user vigilance and empower employees to act as active defenders.
