Ko Wen-je and Ko Chih-en join forces in Kaohsiung

Kuomintang Kaohsiung mayoral candidate Ko Chih-en and Taiwan People's Party founder Ko Wen-je appeared together in Kaohsiung to support Lin Yu-kai, a People's Party candidate for district councilor. The joint appearance serves to demonstrate cooperation between the Blue and White political camps in the region.

Ko Chih-en emphasized the necessity of unity between the two camps to defeat the New Tide faction. She noted that while they represent different parties and genders, they share a pragmatic and straightforward approach to problem-solving.

Ko Wen-je criticized current election strategies as being too defensive and dull, suggesting that a more aggressive approach is needed. He remarked that the Democratic Progressive Party's candidate, Lai Jui-lung, is “too easy to attack” and suggested that Ko Chih-en consider involving Huang Kuo-chang to help manage the campaign and highlight key controversies.
