Kobyłka opens voting for 13 citizen‑budget projects

The municipality of Kobyłka announced official numbers for all proposals in its 2024 citizen‑budget. Thirteen projects – seven “soft” initiatives with up to 20,000 zł funding and six “hard” projects up to 150,000 zł – will be voted on by residents. Voting begins on 4 August and can be done online via the dedicated portal or by submitting paper ballots at designated city locations. The soft projects include a child‑development programme, an integration picnic, swimming lessons for children, a climbing‑wall initiative, a free community‑sport program, medical‑guided fitness training and Nordic‑walking sessions. The hard projects cover a small road‑traffic safety mini‑city for education, a covered concert shell with seating and power supply, and other infrastructure aimed at community use.
