Škoda launches Peaq electric SUV in Finland with pricing and specs
Škoda has introduced the Peaq, a full‑electric midsize SUV for the Finnish market. The model is offered in three powertrain versions: rear‑wheel drive with either a 59 kWh or an 86 kWh battery, and an all‑wheel‑drive version using the same 86 kWh pack. Power output ranges from 204 hp (small battery) to 285 hp (large rear‑wheel) and 299 hp (all‑wheel). Fast‑charging capability is 160 kW for the smaller battery and 199 kW for the larger, allowing a 10‑80 % charge in roughly 27‑28 minutes. WLTP consumption is 15.1‑16.1 kWh/100 km and estimated range is 446‑634 km depending on configuration.
The Peaq measures 4.87 m long, 1.87 m wide and 1.67 m high with a 2.97 m wheelbase. Cargo capacity is 935 L with five seats, reduced to 299 L when all seven seats are in use; a 37 L front trunk (frunk) is also available. All versions are priced at €1,095, with the seven‑seat version costing about €1,000 more. Interior features include a 13.6‑inch Android‑based touchscreen, wireless phone charging, a 10.25‑inch driver display, and optional packages such as Convenience, Tech, and Relax, which add electric sockets, matrix LED headlights, and heated seats. Three trim levels are offered: Selection, Style (Finnish‑specific), and Sportline, the latter available only on the larger‑battery models.
