Koh-Lanta All Stars returns in Panama with new rules

The reality adventure series “Koh-Lanta” has returned for a special “All Stars” season on TF1, filmed in the Las Perlas archipelago in Panama. This 34th season features 18 returning contestants from various previous editions, including former winners such as Christina, Naoil, and Ugo.

The new season introduces a “linked destinies” (destins liés) mechanic, where contestants are paired with an opposite-sex adventurer from their original season. This rule means that if one member of a pair is voted out, their partner is also eliminated. Additionally, for the first time, all contestants live in a single main camp.

In the premiere episode, the pairs competed for a chance to stay on the “island of salvation” (îlot du salut). Clémentine and Yassin won the initial challenge, earning comfort and information about upcoming immunity tests. However, the first elimination saw Vincent and Laure depart the competition. The season launch drew approximately 2.84 million viewers, representing an 18.2% audience share.
