Kokonoe Saiga releases seasonal Omachi Hiyaoroshi sake

Kokonoe Saiga has announced the release of its seasonal autumn sake, ‘Saiga Junmai Ginjo Omachi Hiyaoroshi’. This limited edition brew utilizes Omachi rice, a historic variety from Okayama Prefecture known for its rich and deep flavor profile.

The sake has undergone a maturation process over the summer months to achieve a mellow and stable taste, intended to pair well with autumn ingredients such as seasonal fish, mushrooms, and simmered dishes. The product is available in 720ml and 1800ml bottles.
