Koprivnica and Bilogora to host trail running and mountain biking events

Koprivnica and the Bilogora region are set to host a weekend of sporting events on August 22 and 23.

On Saturday, August 22, the Atletski klub Koprivnica will organize the Robin Koprivnica Trail 2026. Participants can choose between a 5-kilometer short course and a 15-kilometer long course. The event starts at the Društveni dom Vinica in Koprivnica, with registration beginning at 7:30 AM and the race starting at 9:00 AM. Organizers are providing official timekeeping, refreshments, warm meals, and first aid. Winners in both male and female categories will receive medals and gift packages.

On Sunday, August 23, the focus shifts to the Bilogora hills for the 6th Rotor & Robin XCM forest mountain bike race, organized by Biciklistički klub Rotor. Competitors will gather at the Društveni dom in Glogovcu. The race features two routes: a 30-kilometer course with 700 meters of elevation gain and a 60-kilometer course with 1,400 meters of elevation gain. Prizes for the fastest cyclists include cash awards, while the top five in each category will receive medals and sponsor prizes. Participants will also be provided with meals, drinks, and local specialties.
