Koprivnica court orders permanent vehicle seizure for drunk driving

A 28-year-old man in Koprivnica, Croatia, has been sentenced to pay 2,670 euros following multiple traffic violations. The individual operated a vehicle while under a driving ban and with a blood alcohol content of 1.37 per mille. During the incident, he reversed into a parked Chevrolet, causing material damage.

In addition to the fines, the Municipal Court in Koprivnica ruled that the Opel vehicle used in the commission of the offenses, along with its keys and the driver's license, will be permanently seized upon the verdict becoming final.
