Korea Railroad Research Institute named top Best HRD institution

The Korea Railroad Research Institute (KRRI) has been selected as a top-tier institution for the 2026 Best Human Resource Development (Best HRD) certification. This recognition, jointly overseen by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Employment and Labor, evaluates an organization's human resource management (HRM) and development (HRD) systems.

KRRI was one of only four public sector institutions to receive the highest distinction. The certification validates the institute's efforts in securing talent for AI-driven future strategies and expanding employee training. The institute has implemented a 'R.A.I.L.' talent model, focusing on responsibility, AI transformation (AX), innovation, and leadership to maintain global competitiveness in the railway sector.
