Korydallos: Two arrested for drug trafficking

Police in Korydallos arrested two men, aged 25 and 29, following an investigation into drug trafficking. The suspects had reportedly converted a local residence into a base for distributing illicit substances.

During the coordinated police operation, authorities seized 74 grams of cocaine, a small amount of raw cannabis, a precision electronic scale, a grater, and 1,605 euros in cash. The suspects had implemented security measures to monitor the area, including the installation of security cameras and metal gates at the entrance of the apartment building.

The individuals face charges related to violations of narcotics legislation and personal data protection laws. They have been brought before the competent prosecutor.
