Kosovo cultural heritage initiatives include theatre restoration and book launch in Berlin

The restoration and conservation of the National Theatre of Kosovo is expected to be completed in the first half of next year. The project, which aims to address structural damage and preserve the building as a cultural heritage site, involves an initial contracted investment exceeding 7 million euros. According to the Ministry of Culture, this figure is likely to increase as additional structural needs have emerged during on-site works.

In a separate cultural event, the book ‘KOSOVA – Një udhëtim i ilustruar nëpër trashëgiminë kulturore’ by Berat Hasani was promoted at the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Berlin. The publication uses artistic illustrations to showcase Kosovo’s history, monuments, and traditions, aiming to make the nation's cultural heritage more accessible to international readers and younger generations.
