Kosovo sends seven judokas to Taranto 2026 Mediterranean Games

Seven judokas will represent Kosovo at the Taranto 2026 Mediterranean Games on August 28 and 29. The competing athletes include Erza Muminoviq (-48 kg), Fatjona Kasapi (-52 kg), Flaka Loxha (-57 kg), Laura Fazliu (-63 kg), Akil Gjakova (-73 kg), Dardan Cena (-81 kg), and Shpati Zekaj (-100 kg).

The judo competition in Taranto is expected to feature 162 athletes from 22 different countries. The Kosovo team will be led by head coach Driton Kuka and trainer Majlinda Kelmendi, with the delegation also including Kosovo Judo Federation President Agron Kuka.
