KPK investigates missing funds involving Forestry Minister Raja Juli Antoni

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating a discrepancy in funds involving Indonesian Forestry Minister Raja Juli Antoni and the non-active Regent of Kuantan Singingi, Suhardiman Amby.

Investigators are focusing on a missing 2,000 Singapore Dollar difference. While reports indicate that 14,000 Singapore Dollars were originally collected, only 12,000 Singapore Dollars were recovered during the process. KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that the agency is looking into why this gap exists.

The KPK is considering summoning several individuals for questioning, including the Minister's aide and the Chief of Police for Kuantan Singingi, AKBP Hidayat Perdana, who is suspected of acting as a liaison during the return of the funds.
