KPK ATR/BPN bribery investigation Summarecon land rights

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has expanded its investigation into alleged bribery involving the processing of Building Use Rights (HGB) for PT Summarecon Agung Tbk within the Ministry of Agraria and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).

As part of this operation, KPK investigators conducted intensive searches at the East Java Regional Office of ATR/BPN in Surabaya on September 24, 2026, following a previous search at the Mojokerto Land Office on September 23. During the investigation, authorities seized approximately Rp106.3 billion in cash and various foreign currencies.

Eight individuals have been named as suspects in the case. The suspects include Lampri, the Director General of Land and Spatial Control at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, as well as Sontang Coin Manurung, Fahd El Fouz, Arif Sugiyanto, and Adrianto Pitojo Adhi, the President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk.
