KPK summons PT Millenium Solusi Abadi director in Muara Enim bribery case

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned the President Director of PT Millenium Solusi Abadi (MSA), identified as HVA, to testify as a witness in a bribery investigation. The case involves alleged corruption related to the procurement of goods and services within the Muara Enim Regency Government in South Sumatra.

The investigation follows a series of sting operations and developments that began in June 2026. Previously, the KPK named several suspects, including the Regent of Muara Enim, Edison, and Fika Nur Alawi, a director at PT MSA. The allegations suggest that bribery was used to secure government projects and influence audit results.

Investigators are looking into a scheme where funds were allegedly distributed among officials using nominee accounts and cash transactions to disguise the flow of money. The current summons of the PT MSA President Director is part of the ongoing effort to clarify the company's involvement in the procurement processes.
