The accounts of Radio-Television Republika Srpska (RTRS) have been frozen again following a decision by the Supreme Court of Republika Srpska. The court upheld a request from the Public Broadcasting Institution of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BHRT) for a review of a previous ruling.

BHRT is seeking approximately 15.5 million KM, which includes a principal debt of roughly 7.8 million KM, interest, and legal costs. The dispute stems from unpaid RTV taxes and previous rulings regarding fixed radio links. While a lower court had previously ordered BHRT to pay RTRS 17.7 million KM, the Supreme Court's recent intervention has reinstated the freeze on RTRS accounts.

Separately, Azra Zornić of the Krug 99 Association has filed an appeal with the Appellate Panel of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding a decision by the Central Election Commission (CIK). Zornić claims the CIK's decision on the appearance and content of the 2026 presidential election ballots is unconstitutional, citing improper terminology and illegal division of electoral units.
