KT and Younglimwon Soft Lab advance AI transformation initiatives

South Korean companies KT and Younglimwon Soft Lab are implementing internal AI transformation (AX) programs to enhance operational efficiency and product capabilities.

KT has launched the ‘AX Design Clinic,’ a practical program where internal experts work with employees to analyze workflows and design AI agents. The initiative has already received 122 innovation ideas from 15 organizations, focusing heavily on automating data collection, approval processes, and report generation. Key projects include an integrated guide agent for procurement and scheduling agents for legal consultations.

Younglimwon Soft Lab is integrating employee-led AI experiences into its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) products. The company has established a dedicated organization to oversee AI strategy and technical development. Through workshops and productivity competitions, employees are developing AI tools to automate tasks such as marketing analysis, code reviews, and financial data processing. These internal advancements are being directly applied to enhance their AI ERP features, including automated data entry and business insight tools.
