KT AI agent and business automation development

Overview

KT has initiated a transition toward autonomous AI execution through the development of its ‘Agentic Data Flow’ solution. This framework is designed to connect AI agents with internal company data and operational expertise using four pillars: K Feature Map, K Meta, KT Ontology, and K Evaluation.

Building on this technological foundation, KT and Younglimwon Soft Lab are implementing internal AI transformation (AX) programs. KT has launched the ‘AX Design Clinic’ to help employees design AI agents for automating workflows such as procurement, scheduling, and report generation. Similarly, Younglimwon Soft Lab is integrating employee-led AI tools into its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) products to automate tasks including marketing analysis, code reviews, and financial data processing.
