KTC and MSI launch new high-performance gaming monitors

KTC has introduced the Master 25M5, a high-refresh-rate gaming monitor featuring a 2560 × 1440 resolution and a 260Hz refresh rate. The display utilizes a 1,152-zone Mini LED backlight, capable of reaching 550 nits in SDR and up to 1,000 nits in HDR mode. The monitor includes a 2ms GtG response time and supports 10-bit color. It features a white chassis with black and orange accents, a light-absorbing hood to reduce reflections, and a built-in headphone holder.

MSI has announced the MAG 271KPD7, a 26.9-inch Rapid IPS monitor that offers dual operating modes. Users can select a 5K resolution (5120 × 2880) at 75Hz for detailed tasks like photo editing, or switch to a 2560 × 1440 resolution at 300Hz for high-speed gaming. The monitor features a 0.5ms minimum GtG response time, 95% DCI-P3 color coverage, and VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification. Connectivity options include DisplayPort 1.4a, HDMI 2.1, and USB-C with 15W power delivery.
