KTM announces 2027 690 Rally off-road motorcycle
KTM has announced the 2027 690 Rally, a long-distance off-road motorcycle designed as a spiritual successor to the 640 Adventure. Based on the 690 Enduro R platform, the new model is engineered to bridge the gap between lightweight enduro agility and rally-level endurance.
The motorcycle features a 692.7cc LC4 single-cylinder engine producing approximately 79hp and 73Nm of torque. To support long-distance travel in remote areas, it utilizes a dual-tank system providing a total capacity of 20 liters (7 liters in a front tank and 13 liters in the rear).
Key features include a dedicated rally tower with an integrated windshield, a 4.2-inch TFT display, and selectable ride modes such as Rally Mode. The bike is equipped with WP Xplor suspension, Brembo brakes with cornering ABS, and Continental TKC 80 tires. Production is scheduled to begin in Austria in September 2026, with official dealer availability expected in October 2026.
