KTM 2027 lineup updates: 690 Rally and Enduro models
Overview
In September 2026, KTM expanded its 2027 lineup with the announcement of the 690 Rally, positioned as the spiritual successor to the 640 Adventure. Built on the 690 Enduro R platform, the 692.7 cc LC4 single-cylinder engine produces 79 hp and 73 Nm of torque.
To support long-distance travel and rally competition, the model includes a total fuel capacity of 20 liters, distributed via two 3.5-liter front tanks and a 13-liter rear tank. The fuel system allows riders to switch between tanks using handlebar controls. The bike features a high windshield, a dedicated rally tower with integrated navigation support, and a chassis with revised stiffness for improved control. Technical specifications include a 48mm WP XPLOR USD front fork with adjustable compression and rebound, and a fully adjustable WP XPLOR rear shock. The model has a dry weight of approximately 161.5 kilograms and is legal for use on public roads. Production is expected to begin in September 2026, with sales starting in October.
KTM also introduced the 2027 300 EXC Hardenduro for the extreme enduro segment. While retaining its core two-stroke engine and high-performance components, it features new specific graphics to differentiate it from the standard EXC and 6Days models.
Further details on the 2027 Duke 790 emerged, highlighting significant changes to ergonomics, electronic packages—including Tech and Track options—and an engine output of 95 hp.
