KTM announces new rally motorcycle models for US and Japan markets

KTM has announced the introduction of new rally-inspired motorcycle models for the 2027 market year.

In the United States, KTM will offer the 450 Rally Replica in extremely limited quantities. This model is based on the factory racing machine used by Dakar Rally winners, featuring a 450cc single-cylinder SOHC engine, an Akrapovič titanium exhaust system, and WP suspension components. The bike is designed to provide a production-ready version of the technology used in professional off-road rally competition.

Simultaneously, KTM Japan has announced the domestic introduction of the 690 RALLY, scheduled for release in January 2027. This model incorporates technology developed for elite rally competitions like the Dakar Rally. Unlike previous versions where riders customized the 690 Enduro R for rally use, the 690 RALLY is a factory-built model featuring a dedicated rally tower, windscreen, and a cockpit layout optimized for navigation equipment and long-distance comfort.
