KTMB apologizes after passengers climb fences at Anak Bukit Station

KTMB has issued an apology after passengers at the Anak Bukit Station were forced to climb over fences to enter the premises. The incident occurred around 6:30 AM when the station gates remained locked.

The railway operator explained that the delay was caused by an unavoidable emergency involving the staff members scheduled to be on duty at that time. KTMB stated that replacement staff were dispatched immediately to open the entrance and ensure operations could continue as usual.

KTMB noted that the matter is being taken seriously and that improvement measures will be implemented to prevent similar occurrences.
