Kuantan Singingi officials conduct community aid and cleaning initiatives

In Kuantan Singingi, local authorities and law enforcement conducted several community-focused initiatives. The Kuantan Singingi Police, in collaboration with the Dubalang Batang Kuantan organization, distributed aid to the Baihaqi Umar Orphanage. The assistance included rice, toiletries, instant noodles, and snacks to support the 22 children residing at the facility.

Simultaneously, the Kuantan Singingi Regency Government organized a mass community cleaning event (gotong royong) at the Kebun Nopi area. Led by Acting Regent Muklisin, civil servants participated in the cleanup to maintain regional assets and prepare for the 27th anniversary of the regency. This initiative aligns with the ‘Indonesia Asri’ program, with officials stating that such environmental maintenance activities will be implemented every Friday.
